LITS

LITS exampleRules: Shade four cells in each region to form a tetromino (a shape made out of four cells, think Tetris shapes). Two tetrominoes of the same shape may not share an edge (even if they are mirror copies), but touching by corners is allowed. Additionally, the shaded cells must form a continuous, connected wall (that is, a singly polyomino) containing no 2×2 squares of shaded cells.

This puzzle type was invented by Nikoli.
